2024-2025 PTA Board

Please consider serving on the Board with us. Elections (for Pres., VP, Secretary, and Treasurers) and transitions for Board positions occur in the last two months of the school year. President
Responsible for delegating responsibilities & leading the PTA toward specific goals chosen by members. Creates agendas for & serves as presiding officer at board meetings & monthly general meetings. Term is one year (July 1-June 30), limited to 2 consecutive terms.

Vice President
Shares responsibilities with the President and presides over meetings in the absence of the President. Term is one year (July 1-June 30), limited to 2 consecutive terms.

Secretary
Takes accurate, concise & permanent notes of proceedings at all PTA board and general meetings.  Helps with incoming & outgoing PTA correspondence. Term is one year (July 1-June 30), limited to 2 consecutive terms. 

Co-Treasurers
This is a 2 person shared position & oversees all PTA funds & budget. Duties include keeping financial records & preparing reports to comply with state PTA policies as well as federal, state & local laws. Term is one year (July 1-June 30), limited to 2 consecutive terms.  

Co-Membership Chair
Currently a 2 person position with 1 returning chair. Helps recruit new PTA members, processes membership forms & maintains membership database. Term is one year (July 1-June 30), limited to 2 consecutive terms.  

Marketing Chair
Responsible for the PTA's communications with our parents, staff, students and community. Creates excitement and buzz around the PTA and activities. Oversees PTA newsletter, website, social media and marketing efforts. Term is one year (July 1-June 30), limited to 2 consecutive terms.  

Fundraising Chair

Responsible for the PTA's fundraising initiatives, coordinating a team of volunteers to support efforts. Term is one year (July 1-June 30), limited to 2 consecutive terms.
